We deliver to every state in Nigeria, and you can also collect your order free of charge from our Sangotedo store. Your fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

How delivery works
- Add your items to the bag.
- Choose home delivery (then your state and Lagos area) or free in-store pickup — we show your fee straight away.
- Enter your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
- Check the order summary: products, subtotal, delivery fee and total.
- Pay securely. We deliver to the address you gave us and call you on your phone number.
Your delivery fee is added to your order at checkout, before you pay. No further delivery charge applies to a successful first delivery.
Delivery Policy
One delivery attempt
Only one delivery attempt will be made to the delivery address provided. If the customer is unavailable at the first attempt, the order will be returned to Privia Hub’s designated pickup location. The customer should contact Privia Hub to arrange collection within 8 days of the first delivery attempt.
Correct delivery address
Customers must ensure that their delivery address and contact details are complete, accurate and current before placing an order. Delivery partners will deliver only to the address stated on the order. Changes after dispatch may not be possible and may attract additional delivery charges where applicable.
Failed delivery and additional costs
Where a failed delivery, incorrect address or customer-requested address change results in additional courier charges, the customer may be required to pay the additional delivery fee before another delivery can be arranged.
Delivery-day communication
Where applicable, Privia Hub will communicate with the customer when an order is scheduled for dispatch or delivery. Customers should ensure that the telephone number supplied with the order remains reachable.
Delivery times
Published delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond Privia Hub’s reasonable control, including traffic, weather, courier or logistics delays, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Package issues
Customers should inspect their parcel upon receipt where reasonably possible and promptly contact Privia Beauty Hub if an order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Payments to delivery personnel
Delivery personnel are not authorised to request additional payment on behalf of Privia Hub unless the charge has been officially communicated and confirmed by Privia Hub.
