Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any order notes you give us.

Account details: your name and email if you create an account, plus your saved addresses and wishlist.

Payment information: we receive confirmation of your payment and a transaction reference from Paystack. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank login details.

Website information: basic technical data such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.

2. Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, confirm your payment, send your order confirmation and answer your questions.

To handle returns, refunds and complaints, and to keep accurate business and tax records.

To improve our products, service and website, and — only if you asked for it — to send you offers and updates.

3. Who we share it with

Delivery partners and couriers, so they can bring your order to you (name, address and phone number only).

Paystack, our payment processor, to take your payment securely.

Our email and website service providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal data.

4. International orders

If you order from outside Nigeria, your details may be shared with international couriers and customs authorities in the destination country so your parcel can be cleared and delivered.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Keeping your data safe

Data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their job, and staff access to sensitive business information is restricted by role.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
